MEMS Industry Group - Conference Shanghai

The Global MEMS Supply Chain & The Internet of Things
10.09. - 12.09.2014
Shanghai, CN
MEMS Industry Group (MIG), in partnership with Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology (SIMIT) and Shanghai Industrial Technology Research (SITRI), will host MEMS Industry Group® Conference Shanghai, a two-day event exploring the global MEMS and sensors supply chain, with particular focus on Internet of Things (IoT) opportunities in Asia.
The conference will discuss various new and exciting MEMS-enabling IoT technologies that are being developed in Asia and will include unique and exclusive inside information on growth and trends within the industry. MIG Conference Shanghai will feature a diverse combination of highly respected speakers from multi-national corporations as well as Chinese companies who are expanding like wildfire in China in order to take advantage of MEMS double digit growth.

MIG's two keynote speakers represent both the mature semiconductor manufacturing industry in China and the emerging entrepreneurial sector. Dr. Herb Huang, director of semiconductor manufacturing, SMIC, one of the leading semiconductor foundries in the world and the largest and most advanced foundry in mainland China, will give the opening keynote and Joseph Xie, CEO, Shanghai Quality Sensor Technology Corporation (QST), a start-up developing MEMS sensors, will give the closing keynote.

MEMS Industry Group Conference Shanghai attracts product managers, business development professionals, and product/engineering managers from the MEMS and sensors supply chain including: integrators, device manufacturers, foundries, equipment and material suppliers, researchers, developers and end-users. The majority of the audience is expected to be from Asia, with additional attendees from Europe and North America representing multinational corporations.
