Small high tech companies need to be flexible in order to quickly implement innovation. In the completed BMBF supported Project DIVINKU 'Diversity als Innovationskultur', new approaches to a culture of high regard were created by IVAM members HL-Planartechnik (now MEAS Deutschland), and NanoFocus. A manual was created from the project with the name "Soft Skills a Competitive Factor" (in German). This manual can be downloaded here.
