IVAM Annual General Meeting & Evening Event

This year’s IVAM General Meeting will take place on March, 27th. Before the start of the official annual meeting program the results of this year’s member survey will be announced and discussed with all interested members. After a short lunch break, the official general meeting will be carried out. During the whole day, every member has the opportunity to present his company or institute as well as their services and research projects in a small exhibition.

Venue will be the SANAA Building on the grounds of the World Heritage site “Zeche Zollverein”, which was awarded the Nike architecture prize for “best urban symbolism” in 2010. The futuristic ambience will create the appropriate setting for the rest of evening program including:

An evening presentation by Mr. Erik Haendeler. In his presentation “The history of the future – today’s scarcity create tomorrow’s markets”, the well-known economist and futurologist will talk about one next scanty resource – each persons physical and psychic health – and how it will decisively influence the economic development in the future.
The awarding of the 2012 Marketing Prize to an IVAM-member. The three finalists and their innovative marketing ideas will be introduced and the winner will be chosen in the course of the evening.
