Spotlights on micro- and nanotechnology: insights into the latest state of research

The new event series Spotlights of Micro- and Nanotechnology will take place digitally on every 1st Tuesday of the month from 09:00 - 11:00 starting September 6, 2022.

Always up to date: information on the latest technological developments

Through the Spotlights series, continuous insights are provided into the latest research and development as well as topics and aspects of the high-tech industry. The event series also provides an overview of the latest technological applications, innovations and cross-disciplinary topics relevant to the industry. The IVAM Microtechnology Network is initiating the Spotlight series in cooperation with Regionales Berufsbildungszentrum des Kreises Steinburg (RBZ)

It addresses interested parties from the high-tech industry as well as professionals from the fields of business development, research and development, management, project and product development, and technology.  

Optical sensor technology for optimized processes is the topic of the first event

The first event will take place on September 06, 2022 from 9 to 11 a.m. (CET) and will deal with the topic "Process control through optical sensor technology". Look forward to the following speakers:

  • Markus Clabian, AIT: "High-performance image processing systems for the automation of complex processes".
  • Dr. Ulrich Marx, Mabri Vision: "Optical QC technologies for microfluidic devices"
  • Dr. Martin Schädel, Cis Forschungsinstitut für Mikrosensorik GmbH: "Silicon sensors for optical process monitoring"
