All prices plus legal value added tax. The total amount will be charged by IVAM. The invoice for the IVAM Service Package will follow soon after registration and the total fee is payable within 14 days from the date of invoice.

General terms and conditions of IVAM Service GmbH
Privacy Policy
In contrast to the general cancellation conditions for participation of IVAM Service GmbH, the following cancellations conditions apply for the COMPAMED
  • If the exhibitor cancels the contract or fails to participate in the event after receiving confirmation of participation, the full registration fee and 25% of the stand fee (stand space price plus any applicable corner booth surcharge) shall become due and payable and will not be refunded.
  • If the exhibitor cancels the contract between 10 and 8 months before the start of the trade fair, the full registration fee and 50% of the stand fee (stand space price plus any applicable corner booth surcharge) shall become due and payable. If the stand space can be sold to another company, IVAM reserves the right to charge the original exhibitor 25% of the total stand fee and the full registration fee to cover costs.
  • If the exhibitor cancels the contract less than 8 months before the start of the trade fair, the full registration fee and 100% of the stand fee (stand space price plus any applicable corner booth surcharge) shall become due and payable. If the stand space can be sold to another company, IVAM reserves the right to charge the original exhibitor 25% of the total stand fee and the full registration fee to cover costs.
  • If the exhibitor fails to participate in the event without prior notice of cancellation, the full registration fee and 100% of the stand fee (stand space price plus any applicable corner booth surcharge) shall become due and payable.
  • All cancellations must be submitted to IVAM in text form (e.g. by email). The date on which IVAM receives the cancellation shall determine the applicable cancellation fee.
  • If a co-exhibitor cancels their participation, IVAM reserves the right to charge 50% of the invoiced co-exhibitor fee and the full registration fee. If a co-exhibitor fails to participate in the event without prior notice of cancellation, the full co-exhibitor fee shall become due and payable.
  • Any additional chargeable services ordered by the exhibitor that have already been provided or cannot be cancelled without cost may be invoiced separately in the event of cancellation.
  • If the trade fair or exhibition does not take place due to circumstances beyond IVAM's control or events of force majeure (e.g. pandemics, natural disasters or travel restrictions), IVAM reserves the right to charge the exhibitor the full registration fee and 25% of the stand fee (stand space price plus any applicable corner booth surcharge) as a contribution towards costs. Co-exhibitors may be charged the full registration fee and 25% of the invoiced co-exhibitor fee. Any additional chargeable services ordered by the exhibitor may be invoiced separately.
  • In the event of an extraordinary increase in energy costs for COMPAMED 2027, IVAM reserves the right to pass on the resulting additional costs to exhibitors.
