Pricing for the IVAM Full-Service Package at NANO KOREA – 9 m² Booth

Special Pre-Early-Bird Offer – Limited to the first 5 exhibitors and valid until September 15, 2026 2.500,00 € for IVAM members 3.100,00 € for non-members The price includes the IVAM Full-Service Package with a 9 m² booth and all listed services and benefits. First come, first served. The special offer is available to the first five exhibitors and is valid until September 15, 2026. After that, the regular Early-Bird price will apply. When registering, simply enter “Pre-Early-Bird Offer” in the comment field.

At registration after Jan. 15, 2027 a late-booking fee amounting to 20% on the total price will be charged.

All prices plus legal value added tax. The total amount will be charged by IVAM. The invoice for the IVAM Service Package will follow soon after registration and the total fee is payable within 14 days from the date of invoice.

General terms and conditions of IVAM Service GmbH

In contrast to the general cancellation conditions for participation of IVAM Service GmbH, the following cancellation conditions apply for the NANO KOREA:

If the exhibitor / co–exhibitor cancels this contract or fails to take part in the event although he has received his confirmation of participation, the total fee is still due and will not be refunded.
If the fair / exhibition does not take place for reasons beyond IVAM's control or due to force majeure (e.g. pandemic, natural disaster, travel restrictions etc.), IVAM will charge 25% of the IVAM service package fee as a contribution to costs from the exhibitor.
If the exhibitor has ordered additional chargeable services, these will be invoiced to the exhibitor additionally.
