ELECTRONICS AT THE LIMIT?
- SAVE THE DATE!

Automotive, Aerospace and Medical Devices:
these are the sectors in high-tech and innovations there seem to be no limits to. Is that true? Electronics have been constantly developed further, provide new possibilities, revolutionize products. Is this process endless?

In order to discuss this and further-reaching questions, the cross-sector specialist forum “Electronics at the Limit II” will take place on March 6 and 7, 2013 in Dortmund, Germany.

Lectures are planned on innovative topics in electronics such as:
  • questions on the robustness of semiconductor components in Automotive, Aerospace and Biomedical Engineering applications,
  • requirements on electronics for safety-critical applications,
  • innovative sensor concepts,
  • novel methods in integrated circuit packaging such as 3D-MID, MCM, flexible circuit boards, Rigid-flex circuit boards and embedded circuit boards as well as
  • requirements on electronics in active implants.
High-profile experts from the Automotive, Aerospace and Mecial Devices sectors are available as speakers for the stated range of subjects. They will report on their corporate practices and share their assessment of the perspectives.

Details of the program sequence and further information will be available soon.
