IVAM Executive Club Meeting

"International trade fairs - a look behind the scenes"
Nov 15, 2023, 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
in-person
Messe Düsseldorf - COMPAMED, Room 814A

Am Staad (Stockumer Höfe), 40474 Düsseldorf, Germany

Learn first-hand how successful trade fairs are organized and gain valuable insights into the trade fair industry. To this end, Christian Bigge and Christian Grosser, Project Director Health & Medical Technologies at Messe Düsseldorf and thus head of the world's largest medical trade fair MEDICA and the industry supplier trade fair COMPAMED, will be available for discussion. We will talk about:

  • How are large, international trade fairs planned?
  • What are the organizational challenges and which (legal) framework conditions have to be observed in different countries?
  • What are the tips for a particularly successful trade fair appearance?

In addition to answering these general questions, we also want to address your specific questions, e.g.:

  • What challenges do you face when planning a trade show appearance?
  • Where do you need support?
  • What particularly positive or negative experiences have you had in the context of a trade show appearance?

Finally, we will take a tour of the IVAM joint pavillion with approx. 50 exhibitors and end the day together with our "exhibitor beer".

We are looking forward to an exciting exchange with you.
