IVAM Focus Group Marketing

The next workshop of the IVAM Focus Group Marketing will take place as video conference/webinar on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 from 14:00 a.m. to 16:00 p.m.

The topic of the session will be digital customer interfaces such as business messenger services, digital operating manuals, live chat/chat bots, online evaluations, customer data analytics and other digital communication tools. IVAM advisory board member Prof. Uwe Kleinkes, professor for technology marketing at the University of Applied Sciences Hamm-Lippstadt is going to present latest results of a study in a presentation.

Afterwards, there will be the opportunity for further inquiries, exchange of experience and joint discussions.

Registered non-members will be charged an administration fee of 50,00 € (plus 19% VAT), which is also due in case of non-participation. Of course, the nomination of a substitute participant is possible at any time and without additional costs.

Within the framework of the Focus Group Marketing, IVAM members discuss and develop together meaningful marketing measures for SMEs and effective campaigns with small resources.

Together, strategies and concepts are developed to better understand the problems and needs of customers in the fields of microsystems technology, nanotechnology, MEMS, new materials, micro-optics or photonics, sensor and measurement technology, organic or printed electronics.

A central aspect is the industry-specific exchange of experience, target group-relevant information and exclusive networking. The topics are geared to the needs and resources of small and medium-sized enterprises in high-tech industries and help SMEs to actively develop their individual marketing strategies.
