Lab-on-chip with microfluidic expertise – Customize your microfluidic devices from design to manufacture
The injection is made in a clean-room ISO 7 (class 10 000) with a wide range of polymers (COC, PS, PC, TPX, PEEK…). The cartridge template is up to 100X80mm, detail size down to 7μm and radius down to 1.3μm
3D additive manufacturing - A complete “Atelier Dedienne 3D” for mass production of functional parts
2 main technologies: HP Jet Fusion 4200 for Rilsan® PA11 (100% bio sourced) and EOS P 810 laser sintering machine for EOS HT-23 (Kepstan® PEKK reinforced with Carbon Fibers)

CG.TEC manufactures customized micro-technical parts out of injection. We process material such as PEEK, PES, PEI, PPS, LCP. The production is highly automated to achieve quality and cost-effective parts.

Services

ENGINEERING: Moldflow MPI rheology simulations are crossed-linked with our experience to determine the part feasibility. These analysis influence the product and mold designs.

MOLD MANUFACTURE: Tight precision scales and repeatability out of multi-cavity tools can only be obtained through ultra precise machining centers: EDM machine with oil, micro-milling machine with integrated three-dimensional control system.
