Since May 2015, the institutes of the Hahn-Schickard-Gesellschaft für angewandte Forschung e.V. previously known as HSG-IMIT and HSG-IMAT operate under the new brand name Hahn-Schickard.
Hahn-Schickard provides industry- and application-oriented research, development, and production of microsystems. In cooperation with industry, especially with small and medium-sized enterprises, Hahn-Schickard implements innovative microsystems for medical technology in the fields of microfluidics, sensors, and lab-on-a-chip diagnostics. The quality management of Hahn-Schickard is certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2008.
