AEMtec GmbH: Space expansion to double capacities

In July 2020, the first construction work began on the premises of AEMtec GmbH in Berlin, Germany to double the production and office space. This is AEMtec's response to the successful growth course of recent years and increasing customer inquiries. The expansion of the premises will create all the prerequisites for serving the needs of a broadly diversified customer base from various industries even faster.

The established B2B company specializes in the development, industrialization and manufacture of complex micro- and optoelectronic modules and even complete systems. AEMtec offers a broad technology portfolio including wafer back-end services, chip on board, flip chip, 3D integration and opto packaging. Customer-specific requirements from the medical, industrial and automation, data and telecommunications, semiconductor and aerospace sectors are served.
