Diener electronic has released the enhanced atmospheric plasma machine model PlasmaBeam DUO, which is available from now on. Besides PlasmaBeam and PlasmaBeam PC, it is the third model in Diener electronic’s series of atmospheric plasma systems.

PlasmaBeam DUO is a plasma system with a double nozzle system by which larger surfaces can now be treated. Both nozzles have identical parameters. PlasmaBeam DUO is either controlled via a manual mode with operation elements on the front panel or via a partly automatic mode via a D-sub connector on the back panel (e.g. in conjunction with existing SPS control).

Automatic monitoring of the process takes place by plasma electric and gas pressure control built into the machine. Each nozzle has its own area to monitor, but both nozzles can be activated simultaneously.

The series of PlasmaBeam machines is used primarily for continuous in-line pre-treatment of plastics, rubber, metals, glass and ceramic before labelling and printing (packaging industry, electronic manufacturing, automotive, cable manufacturing etc.). You can obtain more details regarding technical information, dimensions, connections and options from the company’s website.
