IVAM Microtechnology Network
mechOnics ag located in Munich is presenting a product novelty in the area of micropositioning devices – the multiphases micropositioner DSP 50 at the fair “LASER World of PHOTONICS 2011“ in Munich. This micropositioner is driven for the first time in a multiphase mode by eight innovative piezo inertial drives of the mechOnics ag. This new driving method offers various new features: the product offers positioning accuracy up to 1 nm in closed loop operation, pushing forces up to 15 N and 10 mm travel range. Another advantage is the very compact dimensions of only 50 x 50 x 16 mm.
This product innovation is displayed – together with other new items – in hall B1, booth B1-481 at LASER trade show in Munich.
