As the traditional Product Market “High-tech for Medical Devices” in Hall 8a, the IVAM Microtechnology Network joint pavilion showcases solutions for medical technology on 700 sqm of space. The key technologies to these solutions are microtechnology, nanotechnology, photonics and advanced materials.

With a record number of 55 companies, this year’s IVAM joint pavilion is bigger and more versatile than ever. The international exhibitors will present miniaturized components, high-tech electronics, innovative laser processes, functional coatings, smart sensors as well as high-precision structuring, measuring and screening processes that constantly make medical technology products safer, cheaper and more reliable.
 
Additionally, the COMPAMED HIGH-TECH Forum takes place on all four days and offers extensive insights how the key technologies are already in use today and where future potential lies e.g. in the manufacture of mobile analysis, therapy and monitoring devices, in printed electronics or in international markets such as Latin America.
