The exhibitors of the IVAM Product Market „Micro, Nano & Materials“ at the MicroNanoTec/HANNOVER MESSE went home very satisfied. “Despite of the problems caused by restricted European air space, all the important contact persons have been to Hanover. Some exhibitors arrived later, others sent deputies – but they all reported that they had good business dealings”, Dr. Uwe Kleinkes, CEO of the IVAM Microtechnology Network emphasized. „Despite lower attendance, the atmosphere was really good and one could find many innovations. The economic upturn is obvious!“ adds Masahiro Katashiro from the Japanese Micromachine Center.
Due to the air traffic problems, many guests arrived not until the middle of the trade show week but caused a real rush of visitors at the IVAM product market on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. At IVAMs joint pavilion more than 40 companies and institutes showed innovative industrial solutions based on microtechnology, nanotechnology and new materials. The session about “energy harvesting“ and “wireless sensor networks“ was an absolute highlight at the forum „Innovations for Industry“. More than 400 visitors attended the presentations about forward-looking technologies.
IVAM announces a new booth concept for the year 2011. More information about the concept and about registration for the product market 2011 is available from Dana Mell (Phone: +49 231 9742 7082; E-Mail: dm@ivam.de)
