FRT GmbH: Acquisition by FormFactor

In October 2019, FormFactor, Inc. - a leading provider of essential test and measurement technologies - announced the acquisition of IVAM member FRT GmbH. FRT is the one of the fastest growing metrology suppliers in the semiconductor industry, with revenues expanding at more than 75% compounded annual growth rate since its inception in 2016 to 2018.
