IVAM Focus Group Medical Technology

12th Meeting of the Focus Group Medical Technology
Apr 11, 2019, 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Dortmund, DE
In our government-funded project „KMU4DEMENTIA“ small and medium-sized companies together strive for optimized technical support for people with dementia. The institutions and companies in this ever-changing network in collaboration with hospitals develop innovative products to generate a modular complete system for hospitals and medical institutions and eventually create high-tech rooms specifically for patients with dementia.

On April 11, partners of the network want to introduce themselves and their respective ideas to the members of the Focus Group Medical Technology. Therefore, along with some ideas for topics such as "indoor navigation“, "intelligent beds for patients“ and "emotional state recognition“, we will discuss projects covering the highly interesting topics of "robotic medical-assistant systems“ and the influence of circadian light on the patients.

At around 3 pm the Focus Group will meet separatly to elect a new leader and plan the upcoming year.
