The IVAM Microtechnology Network is organizing the event "MedTech Business Connect - A Matchmaking Event" on April 25, 2023 together with BVMed - German medical technology association at the DRIVE. Volkswagen Group Forum, Berlin.
The focus of MedTech Business Connect is on supporting cooperation between component manufacturers and medical device manufacturers as well as joint projects, exchange of experience and cooperation opportunities.
In addition to the centrepiece of the event, the organized business meetings between IVAM and BVMed members, the day will be introduced with impulse-giving presentations. Here, renowned experts such as Dr. Meinrad Lugan (Chairman of BVMed), Dr. Monika Weinhold (Technology Consultant at the VDI Technology Centre) and Prof. Dr. Ralf-Joachim Schulz (St. Marien-Hospital Cologne) will speak on topics such as supply chain management, funding opportunities, but also technological topics such as robotics in healthcare.
In the preparation of the event, registered participants can submit a prioritized list of desired business meetings based on the list of participants and submitted company profiles. The matchmaking will be planned by the organizers based on these requests. At least four meetings can be guaranteed. The attendees will also have sufficient time for free networking.
After the event, there is the possibility of an informal dinner at Gaffel Haus Berlin to further intensify the connections made. The dinner is kindly sponsored by BVMed.
The format is exclusively aimed at IVAM and BVMed members and is free of charge for them. It is addressed to the CTO and CEO level, established product and business developers as well as all other interested members. The event language will be English.
