CiS Forschungsinstitut für Mikrosensorik GmbH

COMPAMED 2021

Hall 13, booth E47.4

CiS Forschungsinstitut für Mikrosensorik GmbH develops, optimizes and manufactures microsystems for customized silicon-based sensors and sensor systems. The spectrum for medical sensors ranged from spatially resolved detectors for high-energy radiation, force and pressure sensors as well as optical sensors and assemblies from ultraviolet to visible and near-infrared up to the mid-infrared range. One outstanding solution is the optically operating in-ear sensor, which can be used to record numerous vital signs including changes in blood pressure.

CiS is engaged in fundamental & application-oriented industrial research & development from prototyping to production. We develop & manufacture optoelectronic, piezo-resistive, capacitive & electro-mechanical microsensors & systems.
