The KUZ is a research and development partner for all industries in which microplastic technology solutions are required - from feasibility studies to series production. With MiKA, the Application Center for Microplastic Technologies at the Kunststoff-Zentrum in Leipzig gGmbH, customers are optimally supported in their micro molded part development. Extensive and modern equipment and a highly qualified team of specialists are available for this purpose.

With molded part weights from 1 to 10,000 milligrams, a wide range of different part requirements in micro injection molding is served. Extensive experience in 1K and 2K technology, vertical micro injection molding, and with a wide variety of materials enables application-oriented solutions of the highest quality. Microstructuring processes of plastic surfaces as well as microextrusion complete the technological diversity.
