Micro and nanotechnology for industrial applications are topics at the HANNOVER MESSE

Apr 4, 2012
With more than 50 international presentations on five days, the forum “Innovations for Industry“ is the largest industrial forum for applied micro and nanotechnology. Within the new special exhibition area "MicroTechnology - Smart Systems for Automation“ at the HANNOVER MESSE, numerous companies from all over the world will present their latest technologies and applications.

Several companies will give a talk, for example maxon motor gmbh, Eco Solutions Company (Panasonic Corporation), HSG-IMIT, SGS Institut Fresenius and many others. This year, the main focus will be on the following topics: energy harvesting, wireless sensor networks, laser technology, nanotechnology and “MEMS products for industrial automation”. The Zoz Group will present the topics resources, energy and future of nanotechnology and the Micromachine Center from Japan will give an insight into the Japanese MEMS industry. Within a laser session, well-known companies and institutes like ROFIN-SINAR Laser, the Fraunhofer ILT and the Laser Zentrum Hannover will inform about latest laser technologies.

The forum is organized by the IVAM Microtechnolgy Network.  Detailed information on all highlights, presentations, speakers and time tables of the forum „Innovations for Industry“ can be found in the program guide, which have just been released and which is available as PDF-File for download.
