10.04.2005: German microtechnology companies are champions in exports

German microtechnology companies are living up to Germany’s reputation as export champion: Almost 60 % gain more than half of their annual sales through export. The most important export countries are, in descending order, the USA, Switzerland, Germany, France, Japan, and the Netherlands.
